Trench Coat A Wonderful Creation Beyond History And Imagination

One can easily stereotype the traditional water repellent trench coats to vintage style movies wherein the popular and masculine rain-soaked detectives used them as raincoats while investigating a mysterious happening in the neighborhood fighting a dangerous storm.

These conventional coats were double breasted and mostly available in khaki colours. On the contrary modern trench coats can be single breasted, brightly coloured, having assorted patterns, may be in leather featuring different and unique styles.

Very Maguire: Prada Keeps it Simple

Prada’s Fall/Winter 2011 ad campaign video was released today, and unlike the brand’s campaign for spring—which was shot by Steven Meisel and seemed to allude to a seductive set—this incarnation drifts back in time with a classic understated nod to the ’50s era. Michelle Obama Spotted in Asos Fair Trade Collection

In May, we reported on the Asos Africa collection of fair-trade summer clothing at a low price point. And who better to promote the line than First Lady and style icon Michelle Obama?

Mrs. Obama who was spotted in Asoss $60 ikat-print sleeveless shirt is no stranger to style on a shoestring, having propelled J.Crew to record sales even when the outlook for the retail industry was in the dumpster. And Asos recognizes what a boon it is for the First Lady to take an interest in its ethical fashion line:

Asos worked with SOKO in Kenya to produce the Asos Africa Collection and also enable underprivileged communities to establish sustainable businesses through their local craftsmanship.
